At Comfy Collectionss, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take utmost care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that issues may arise occasionally. This policy outlines the conditions under which complaints, refunds, replacements, and cancellations will be accepted.
I. Complaints

Complaints regarding product quality, defects, or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a proper opening video from starting to end without cut /pause.

To raise a complaint, please email us at comfycollectionss@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photos/videos.

If the reason for the complaint is found genuine, our team will replace the item at no additional cost.
II. Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds once the order is processed and the product is delivered. However, exceptions will be made in the following cases:
A. Non-Delivery of the Product

If you placed a prepaid order and, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver it, a full refund will be issued.
B. Major Defects

All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify our Quality Support Team within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification of the complaint, we will provide a replacement or process a refund.
C. Product Not as Described

If the product you receive differs significantly from the product description on our website, you must raise the issue within 12 hours of delivery.

Proof (such as clear images or videos) must be provided to validate the claim.

If found valid, a refund will be initiated within 72 hours of approval.
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, recording an opening video is mandatory.
🎥 Mandatory Opening Video

Please record a continuous, unedited opening video (no cuts, no pauses).

The video must clearly show the package from all sides (360° view) before opening and during the complete unboxing.

This video is strictly required to process any claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong size sent.
⚠️ Without this opening video, we will be unable to accept or process any return, exchange, or dispute under any circumstances.
✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange
Return or exchange requests will be accepted only if:

The product is damaged or torn at the time of delivery, or

An incorrect size or wrong item has been sent by the vendor
The opening video will be used as authentic proof to raise claims with the seller.
❌ Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Size selection errors by the customer

Quality expectations or personal preferences

Fit or comfort issues
📌 Important Note

Claims without a proper, uncut opening video will be automatically rejected.

Please ensure the video is captured carefully before opening the package.
III. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not encouraged.

In exceptional cases where cancellation is approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 72 hours.
IV. Important Notes

All complaints and refund requests must be supported with order details and proof (images/videos).

Refund/replacement requests raised beyond the specified timeframes will not be entertained.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
